it's a nice windy morning in dec.. this dec is very windy... i like the wind. but there isn't much rain. i m okay with that.. just that global warming seems to be manifesting more and more. the other day, newspaper reported that there is snow-storm in las vegas! rare..
i dun think i have wrote about my interview last wk.. or have i? hmm.. can't recall. haha.. but it was not exactly an interview. more of a 'say hi' session. sg is very friendly and nice. and i think it will be good to be working under his leadership. anyway, i will be hearing the offer from ntuc soon. i just hope the offer is reasonable. i am not expecting pay increase but hope it will not be lower than my previous perm pay.
i told g about the interview and that i m likely to be offered. also gave him a date which will be my last day with him. it will be 30th dec. he has not told s that i went for interview and he has no intentions to tell her i am not working for him anymore next yr. he will tell S that i am working fully from home next yr. his rationale is that he would like to "use" me as a monitoring instrument for S. He says S sees me as being in a higher post, so knowing that i m around when G is not in singapore, she will still behave reasonably. that's his explanation to me.. but as i dwell further, i think it might be that he just dun wish to let pple know so soon that i have moved on. after all, he is real proud to have me back. if given a choice, i think he will ask me to stay on but becos he has already agreed to the tmep arrangement, so he cannot ask me to stay. he is a nice boss and taught me a lot of things.. but this current place is not the place for me to grow..and it is not where my heart is also..
